Privacy Policy
1. What we collect
3DlogoGen is built so that everything works in your browser — your text, imported images and 3D scene never leave your device for rendering. We do collect the following limited data when you create an account or pay:
- Account: email address, optional display name, password hash (handled by Clerk).
- Usage: the projects you explicitly save (state JSON, optional thumbnail) stored in our database under your user id.
- Billing: customer id and subscription status from Stripe — we never see your full card number.
- Support: messages you send through the contact form, with the email and name you provide.
2. What we do not collect
- We do not track you across other websites, no third-party analytics with personal identifiers.
- We do not sell or rent your data to anyone, ever.
- The 3D rendering, image vectorization and exports run locally in WebGL — no asset uploads.
3. Sub-processors
- Clerk — authentication and account management.
- Supabase — Postgres database hosting your saved projects + plan info.
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
- Cloudflare — bot protection on auth flows and CDN edge.
4. Cookies
We use first-party cookies (and localStorage) strictly to keep you signed in. No advertising cookies, no cross-site trackers.
5. Your rights
You can export, delete or modify your data anytime: open Studio → click your avatar → Manage account. You can also delete your account from there. To request the full data export by email, write to contact@3dlogogen.app — we respond within 30 days.
6. Data retention
Your projects and account data live as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all rows tied to your user id are removed within 30 days.
7. Children
3DlogoGen is not intended for children under 13. Do not create an account if you are under 13.
8. Changes
If we update this policy in a way that affects your rights, we'll notify you by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
